Member Advisory Service

Our advice team has vast experience of the industry spanning over 50 years. Our most frequent enquiries involve questions about contractual changes at caravan parks. Working closely with our legal team and with guidance from the Office of Fair Trading, we offer support to a vulnerable consumer sector.

Exclusive Caravan Insurance Rates

We have been providing a ‘members-only’ insurance policy for over 7 years now. We constantly monitor the policy and our rates to ensure that we are providing a suitable product for our members. Our insurance team is based in our offices in Essex with members all over the UK. In keeping with the UK General Insurance industry, we are now authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.

Exchange Link Programme

Similar to the ‘house-swap’ features that have been on television over the past few years, our Exchange Link Programme provides an exciting opportunity to visit different locations throughout the British Isles, exchanging caravans with other members.

Member Magazine

Our magazine, The Holiday Caravanner, is produced three times a year is packed with industry information and help and advice for static holiday caravan owners. Circulation has grown to over 30,000 copies per issue. We report on situations affecting our members – usually developments at parks or by manufacturers.

Member Only Section On-Line

New to our website is the members section, exclusive to NACO members.

In this section there are some articles listed ‘member only articles’, which can only be viewed my members logged in. Some of these include: Selling Your Caravan, Making a Small Claim, Taking care of your Caravan and Overhanging Branches. Plus advice leaflets and member documents are also available. (We are working on new articles all the time to add)

You can also list your Caravan for sale…for FREE! It’s very simple to add your caravan, it also allows you to add up to 5 images.
