Welcome to the National Association of Caravan Owners - your partner in ensuring that your caravan ownership is protected, backed by sound advice and of course enjoyable.The National Association of Caravan Owners (NACO) is your consumer association, a body set up to give you protection as the customer part of the holiday caravanning industry. Holiday Parks are protected by their own Association; manufacturers are represented by the National Caravan Council; so 17 years ago we decided that you should be represented too. And so the National Association of Caravan Owners was born.
We are able to assist all of our members with disputes arising either between them and park owners or between them and caravan manufacturers. If necessary the National Association of Caravan Owners are able to provide legal advice and assistance where a valid complaint is not being heard. For only a £24 per year, that's priceless.
